  3. Curation & Rights: I understand that submitting a property does not guarantee its publication and MudrasStays.com reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
  4. Updates: I agree to promptly update any changes related to my property, including pricing, availability, contact information, and facilities.
  5. Responsibility & Compliance: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the services offered to guests and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, taxes, permits, and licensing requirements.
  6. Unlawful Content: I agree not to upload any false, misleading, copyrighted, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  7. Marketing Authority: I authorize MudrasStays.com to display, promote, edit (without altering factual information), and market my property listing across its website, mobile applications, social media platforms, and marketing channels.
  8. Technology Platform Role: I understand that MudrasStays.com acts only as a technology platform connecting guests with property owners and is not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, cancellations, or claims arising between guests and property owners.
  9. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MudrasStays.com, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal actions arising from my property listing or services.
  10. Violation Consequences: I understand that providing false information or violating these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of my listing without prior notice.
